The Home Depot

Great place to shop! Has all kinds of items. Building materials, appliances, paper products, Christmas 🎄 Decorations & even things ladies like to shop for....lol j/k! I love to shop at Home Depot! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, place is clean and fully stocked!

My wife & I went here with the intent to purchase the wood to fix the steps on our deck. There was no one in the lumber area that could help us. The one gentleman that worked in power tools was very nice & tried to help us. We needed someone to just cut the wood. We waited for 45 minutes, spoke with at least 5 different employees, 4 of which were completely incompetent. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. We went & took our business to Lowes.

I ordered patio chairs on-line, for pick-up, from the New Castle Store on Aug. 19...just basic adirondack plastic chairs. A few hours later I recieved a text that they were no longer in stock. Later that evening, I stopped in to see what other chairs they might have....and found a stack of 10 of the chairs. Apparently someone simply did not want to bother filling an order.

Do not ever..I REPEAT EVER order anything that has to be delivered by them. A door took almost 3 months to get here. Then a fridge was told to be in stock.went the next day to pay cash, and they said that they don't stock it. Delivery was to be 4 days later. Took off work then they said couldn't fit it on the truck .they should not get even one star.

When they won't sell as advertised. Manager said "we made a mistake and I can limit your quantity". The sign didn't say quantity limited. He says "it was only a black friday special" as almost all the signs inside the store are still advertising the black friday specials... No wonder I despise Home Depot
